Looking to get new gear, aqualung and tusa both have a package deal around 1000$ which in your minds would be the better of the two?

You don't save a lot by buying package deals. You would be better off buying your gear separately, that way you can pick and choose what type of gear you want. Both Aqualung and Tusa are good brands though. I have 5 or 6 different brands of gear.

Atmos Mission One computer adds color screen, custom GFs, NDL planner, and working apps, for slightly more money.

Package deals are rarely worth it, I would buy the separate gear I really want.

the mission one is at the point of used petrel money and unless if you really value the watch form factor, the petrel is a more proven option
