would work well, and I'd go with steel, your daughter might be a bit heavy, but it should still be fine.

Typically you are closely weighted with the steel plates and most combinations, but you can use belts or pockets, your call.

Depending on your daughters size the full size plates may be too big for her, in that case you'd be better off spending the extra $100 and going with a Deep Sea Supply rig since he sells small backplates. On the other side, if you're outside of the 5'10"-6'2" 180lb mold the standard plates are designed for, he has large and long plates as well. May be worth calling him to see if there are any multiple rig discounts.
