I have a B2 Atomic that i have rebuilt with a new kit and cannot get it to stop free flowing, the IM pressure is correct on the first and the cracking pressure seems to have a hard time stabilizing any thoughts?

My apologies in advance - I have no intention to be critical.

Three possible thoughts about cracking effort instability, all of which may be irrelevant here...
a) did the tiny spring washer between the orifice and its threaded holder get omitted on reassembly?
b) is there any gunk or grit in that threaded sleeve? I.e., does the orifice slide completely smoothly inside the threaded plastic insert?
c) is there a micro nick in the knife edge? Have you inspected it under loupes? Absent a microscope, does it at least pass the fingernail test?

Initial thoughts, anyway. Good luck!

Thank you for your help...I will look at the examples first chance i get
