You may either ask your hotel for support, some are organising a medic to come, take the sample and send you the result, or go to Sharm International Hospital. You will need 480 EGP (no cards or foreign currency), a printed copy of your passport and printed ticket for your flight. Results with 24h.

It's now available at HRG. So, they may be a chance to have the rapid tests at SSH soon.
