Hi All -

I wanted to report that I had an issue with my Princeton Tec Torrent (minor thing). I sent an e-mail to the Customer Service and detailed the part that I needed. Pam was right on top of it and got a new part out to me right away.

Very happy with the product and the great service. Thanks Princeton Tec!!!
 
You are not an exception, their service has always been great for me. Last spring my switch broke on my Shockwave, and just like you, over the phone they knew what I needed, shipped it directly to me with instructions. I fixed it easily and it works like a charm.
