nope there is not !!!!! supposedly they were told if they did what they DID do,,, one day they would have problems , and what they were told did happen ....... 2 girls could have died and the instructor would have been sued also (and it was not even his fault )

I am curious - what did they do wrong that caused the problem?

I do not really need to know the shops name, but if the error is made public then maybe some other shop may adjust their world?

Looks like an Arduino style project with decent (cheap) CO / O2 sensor sold at high price. (I might be wrong) but I'am pretty sure I saw a similar DIY project not cost more than 100 $
