When multiple cave and tri mix buddies use HOG equipment and swear by it much more than at it, speaks volumes. If a manufacturer doesn't back up the stuff they sell, or knowingly sells crap, it'll hit the bottom of the the trash can or EBay right quick with tech people. It's all mechanical equipment we use and sometimes things aren't going to work right, no matter the manufacturer. If you don't like the gear here, don't buy it and talk trash somewhere else.
