Basic Harness sleeve too short

Just got a new basic harness kit, must say I prefer the old webbing it was much softer and a little thicker too, any reason you have stopped providing the other type of webbing? The webbing it came with, "Mil-spec" is much thinner and much stiffer. Just for your reference the attached sleeve at the top of the harness is way to short on both sides and wont go through both slots leaving parts of the webbing in direct contact with the slots on the plate, I use DR AL and SS plates. I had to cut it off and use the separate sleeves from my old harness, not a biggy but a little disappointing. Perhaps you could look into this for future customers. Cheers.

We switched out material because the previous, softer material sometimes swelled and stretched when it got wet, which made it difficult to adjust. We can send you another sleeve as it sounds like yours was somehow cut too short. Just measured the ones we have in inventory and they are correct.
