My simple advice is to have enough lift to float your gear at the surface if you take it off, assuming weight integrated BCD.
And also make sure the weight integrated BC has enough lift to float the rig WITH the largest capacity most negatively buoyant steel tank you will be using. This is what manufacturers do when they design those rigs so that's why most of them have such gargantuan air cells.

May I ask another questions, for education on BP/W.

This wing is for single tank. It will have to have the STA, because it doesn't have the slots. Am I right?

This wing doesn't need STA, because the cam bands can go through the slots and tight into the back plate, STA is optional. Also, this wing is for double tanks. Am I correct?

The 360 (first wing) is better than the horse shoe one because it is a full cycle. Am I correct?

Thanks in advance.

Both of those are doubles wings.

Also, if you’re on FB, there are going to be local scuba gear sale groups. I use for for the Midwest. Suggest you check out ones for your area.

thanks Marie13,
umm... I thought 32lb lift would be for single. Thanks for the info.
