BCD -whats the dif?

and are they actual wings that come off the back of the vest?
I forgot to mention the wings. Yep, the wings attach to the back of it. I believe the Transpac II has the integral single tank adapter (STA). Check around the linked site for the wing options they have. Cheers:D

Whats the difference between BCDs? they all do the same thing but some are a couple hundred dollars more than others.

It's just like anything else...you get what you pay for. Good gear costs more...there is no way around it. You're paying for better materials, better design and better overall craftsmanship. All BCs attempt to do the same thing...some just do it much better than others.

**what do you think the best BCD buy is for the money?**

Backplate and Wings setup...no question about it.

Durable, versitile, functional, simple, not too expensive and you won't outgrow it.

I think it's the best value at any price...some may disagree though.
