 Does anyone know if the end of February is a good time to go to Bermuda? and if so how is the diving and how at that time of yr. is the water for diving...cold or warm? any help would be great thanks

The average air temp is 68-69 in Feb/march with about 4.5" of rain per month. Sea temp about the same. The kicker is that the surf can be between 5 to 8 feet. outside the reef.
