Have you shipped many tanks to Florida? The pain here is often getting that first fill on a new empty tank. Fill operators often want to nitrox clean and VIP the thing themselves, as they "don't know where it's been". We know this is not needed, just money for them. Are you able to ship one all stickered with maybe 500 psi in it?

I have shipped some to florida. As far as the fill thing I have never tried to send one filled but could probably pull it off. I usually just send them empty with a new VIP sticker. I would like to think your local shop would be ok if you tell them it is a new tank...some shops are not as easy to deal with.
