Anyone have any experience with any of the big blue trays? Looking at either the double arm tray or the flexiarm tray and want to know if anybody with real world experience can comment on the two. Will probably be using only 1 video light for now and buying a second light down the road

I have the flexiarm tray and have been more than satisfied with it. It has two flexiarms for lights.

Have you bought anything yet?
You can get a generic tray for $40 and the ball clamps for $10 each. Have you decided on a light yet? The adapters included are for their lights and many lights don't attach that way.
