Blenny at Sea of Cortez

Found a couple of these blenny's at the Midriff islands, Sea of Cortez.
They are nearly invisible unless they move.
Any idea what kind of blenny they are?

Looks more like a kelpfish to me

Thanks for the suggestion. Searching that name led me to the flapscale blenny, which seems to match.
The photos for it in Humann/Deloach book do not match what I saw but photos other places match it.
