Hi all!
We are Yago & Monica, two passionate divers, explorers and environmentalists that eventually decided to do what they always have loved, and do it right!
We would like to introduce ourselves an also our diveshop www.bluenationbaja.com. We are located in Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Loreto is probably one of the most pristine and gorgeous places in tne entire peninsula. It also counts with a fully protected Marine Park, and an incredible variety of divesites, distributed among 3 main islands. One of them is an extinct volcano!

Walls, pinnacles, sea mounts, lava formations are common UW sceneries. Lifewise, prepare yourself to encounter thick schools of fish, like jacks, triggerfish or mobula rays. During the winter months we also receive the visit of the blue whales, pilot whales or even humpbacks. The Marine Park also count with a couple of sea lion colonies where you can dive and snorkel. Check Loreto Underwater - Blue Nation Baja to see some pictures of the place and its life!

Loreto is still a little relatively unknown place for divers, but its diving and snorkeling is one of the best in the sea of Cortez, and is still in pristine conditions!

We are a DIR (doing it right) oriented diveshop, and we put a strong focus on the quality of our equipment and formation of our staff. We count with traditional recreational gear but also DIR configurations and technical diving mixes and services. We also lead local exploration and conservation projects, because who knows what wonders await us down there? Know more about our philosophy here Our Philosophy - Blue Nation Baja

If you guys have questions or want to know more about the place, or our diveshop, please visit our web and send us an email!

Happy bubbles everyone! Some footage below

Nice promotional video. This may be a good place to conduct my girlfriend’s checkout dives when she’s ready (I desperately want her to enjoy diving and the Sea of Cortez has “just a few” advantages over the Puget Sound).

Haha in all honestly i’ve been wanting to dive the Puget Sound for a long time. I have several acquaintances that dive there regularly and it looks great to me.
The Cortez is a great place to dive, let me know if you guys need some advice when you come here!

Nice video. My wife and I enjoy diving the Sea of Cortez quite a bit. Do you have nitrox available?
We are setting our fill station at the moment but we will be able to blend nitrox shortly, yes. We are trying to introduce gas mixes in the area. So much potential for extended dives here!
