I am on the fence about investing in a separate rig for drysuit diving but the benefits of a heavy plate vs. the equivalent of five severed heads on my waste just doesn't appeal to me. Neither does the prospect of trying to wiggle into my Hydros Pro with spacesuit arms. That thing is downright sticky and I can see losing my sh*t trying to get the shoulder straps on.
So therefore I am looking for a nice heavy rig, maybe 30 lbs lift with a roomy harness. I am 6-4 / 250 lbs. Don't want to spend a fortune and don't mind a little wear and tear, either.

Looking for something $300 and less.
