Brand new nautilus not charging to 100%

    I have a brand new Nautilus and I have it plugged in charging but it recycles back to 96% once it researches 99%. Anyone else have this issue or know a way to resolve it?

    Leave it charging overnight to hit 100% especially if it is new. I used an iPhone brick and USB cable supplied to get it up to 100%.

    Hello and thank you for the question.

    The first time you charge your lifeline, the percentage that is indicated on the screen will not be accurate. Once the lifeline reaches an actual 100% charge you will see the green light go out on the front of the lifeline.

    Anytime you charge it after this the percentage will be accurate.
