I think the easiest thing to do is buy a Trail Tech EHID-X 13 watt HID light made for off road ATV's and remove the bulb and ballast.

Good luck I bought a used dive right hid canister light. Bulb shorted and blew the ballist I looked around and could not find a source for either. The replacment parts would have costed $100 less than a complete new light from dive right. Ended up buying a new light. One word of warning the bulbs are very fragile even a small knock will damage them. I have heard of people making them out of a automotive hid head light but you need a big battery to power this set up. I did convert my old light to a halogen bulb which works ok.
