Byron Bay to Sydney - December 2002

I will be fortunate to be going to Oz and doing some diving with a buddy there....

Can anyone give me some good info on dive operators, dive sites - even particular dives to do (eg: at Julian Rocks for Byron Bay).

We will be visiting Byron Bay, Coffs harbour, South West Rocks and Sydney.

We will be diving the first 10 days of December. Does anyone have any idea what type of diving weather to expect then?
