c-card problem?

a quick question,ow cert card last name misspelled any problem with using it? cert in 04 never got wet. local sdi shop closed,nearest shop ssi training,going for refresher course or maybe retraining. what you think.thanks dirtydon

Call the agency that issued it. I suspect it will be a quick fix. I am not sure who issued the card but I have had some mistakes that were taken care of with a phone call. A week later I had a new card at no cost.

Replacement of your card is not an issue... call SDI headquarters (207.729.4201) and it can be taken care of in minutes.

Having never got wet, begs a whole raft of other questions. Certainly at very least a refresher...
