Can you decipher my Titan serial number?

So I bought a late model Titan - 2nd hand.

Here's the serial number: F030306

Can anyone advise date of manufacture?
Does 'F' indicate 'made in France'?

Update -

Well, if anyone is looking for an answer to the question in my original post, I called AL and here’s what I’ve learned...

• Things may have been different at some time in the past, but apparently in recent years the SN does not tell you anything about date of manufacture. At least - not on the Titan product line.
• Customer Service said “based on SN, I can tell you the date AL shipped it to an authorized dealer, but I can’t tell the manufacturing date”
• Also, that ‘F’ in my SN listed above — apparently does not indicate country of origin.

The SN listed above was shipped to a dealer in 2015. I don’t see anything in the above SN that would make me think 2015 (or 2014).
