I recently purchased a Canon ES8600 Camcorder (Hi 8) and am wanting to find an underwater housing for it.
I have found one, Equinox. I am not familiar with it and wonder if anyone else has any useful info about the housing.
I am mainly curious to know whether the LCD screen can be used in this housing or do you have to use the viewfinder. With my poor eyesight this could be a real hassle.
Also, if you purchased one, where did you get it from and what was the cost. In my research I only found one place and they want $900.
