Can't update/edit profile

so with the new look, i now cannot edit my profile. I make a change and try to save it and just nothing happens. No error, no failure, just nothing.
i've tried it in Internet Explorer and Chrome with no luck.

Specifically what are you trying to change? If it's group stuff, that's still a work in progress. If it's text and that's not working - give me a field and the value you wnt changed and let me try.

just text. I tried it from my surface tablet and had no problems, must be related to my cyber-security setup
