I rented from Easyway five years ago, so take this with svgraa of salt.

From the time I got in the car, the check engine light was flashing. I was told not to worry about it. We made it to Tulum just fine, but things got worse about 3/4 the way to Coba. The car started overheating. We had to roll down the windows and turn on the heat to keep it going.

When we got back to Tulum, they didn't have a car replacement. After some fussing, they agreed to bring a car to our bnb the next day, but to not drive the car anymore. We waited until 7:00 pm the next day for them to finally show up. We missed seeing the ruins at Tulum because we were flying out at 6:00 the next day.

Easyway may have changed since then, but I will never rent from them again.
