Why should I bother with the batteries I use once in 3-5 years? Want neither charge them before dives, nor even think about them))) Will rather buy throw-away once a year.
Can't understand the hi-tech lovers in back-up lights. Need to be really activists to charge and maintain batteries they don't use)))
Can understand necessity of powerful rechargeable back-up light for scooter cave dives, though.

nah. Regular scout type backups work just fine. I’ve exited from a good ways on a Scout.

I have 2 scouts...as I remember the light was dim, sort of brown...mine are 15+ years old.

Oh honey....bless your heart.

Most of us have heard what "Bless your heart" means in the South. Ok, I heard not that long ago, but still. :p
