That's not exactly a new development. I'm guessing the reason is something to do with the Instructor crossovers
 
No. Other agencies do that, too.

As for the NACD standards, I recall that. That was also before I did my crossover to NACD.

OK, but in that thread (post #57) you wrote "I recently did my crossover internship with Larry..." So you made that post After the NACD crossover, not Before.
 
I did my internship with Larry about 8 months or so before I did the NACD IE.
