Someone asked me what the plane was in Perch lake. I know it was used formally as a parachute jumping platform, and a model 182 springs to mind, but I'd like to know.... :confused:Does anyone of you plane buffs/Perch divers know?

Note: 'Peaches', the individual responsible for the Plane in Perch lake as well as the dock, cites the story of how the Plane came to be in Post #19. Thanks Peaches So Much for making Perch lake a much more interesting dive site. We will toast Peaches always for his contributions!

after the engins where removed and all the hydealic lines where cleaned out it was placed in the lake as a scuba toy.

I always assumed one of the dive shops was involved, I bet ABQdiver knows something about it ? Maybe the Blue Hole ghost flew it in there???
