I posted this video in the non diving related forum but decided to share this in the Pacific Island forum. I image some of you were there for this storm.

This is a video shot at the Marine Lab on Guam July 4th 2002. It shows the wind velocity of 125mph or higher during the eye passage of Typhoon Chataan. My son and I drove down to shoot the ocean while the winds were down in the eye. Soon after arriving the winds picked up.
