Thanks for the update.
In the interim, how about posting that the item is sold and you will close the Thread once SB is back to "the new normal"?
That would keep the noise down in your classified.

On the thread list you should be able to click edit and select closed for the thread prefix now.

I'm looking at my watched threads and I don't have the edit button.
You can only close a thread you started.
You can't edit a post after a short period of time, a day or two. Wish we could.
