I have been following several aga masks on ebay but they are all positive pressure. Is there a way to easily convert to semi-positive pressure. Thanks

Converting to non-positive is simple kit available from OTS.
You will be removing the positive pressure switch and installing a blanking port or you could have a shop that is OTS certified do it (and also an annual maintenance if your buying it used) Plan to spend around $150 for the kits and maintenance.
