nodecomon- As a favor to my friends who rent-out their units, if you have any complaints, recommendations, or praise about your stay at El Cantil, please let El Cantil know. It doesn't matter what it is, better TV channels, Ramon or Claudia did a great job, whatever. I feel for them when they get blindsided by a scathing review and the reviewer never even had the common decency to talk to them about the issues first.

Praise for sure... I didn't want to sound like a "cheerleader" in my report, but have to say that the staff at El Cantil is on top of it. The A/C quit working after business hours one evening. I walked down and told the doorman about it. He had someone there in 10 minutes who was able to correct the problem. We will stay there again.

I'm glad you had a pleasant stay. We do have some good people working there. But be careful, you keep talking like that and the next thing you know you're paying property taxes down there and calling it home for half of the year.
