I found a block of plaster of Paris with two boots in it. looked bigger underwater. it wasn't concrete. found it it lake Mead, boulder city, nevada! perfect place for such a thing -- Vegas. it was obviously fake. I think I'll make one for my local dive spot here in the PNW.

The wife and I were diving off the 4 Hermanos in the Galapagos and at about 30ft we discovered an expired sea lion with its head stuck in a hole. The dive ended with a 6' diameter marble ray with no tail or stinger.
