Cressi Rep

Does anyone out there know who any Cressi rep is... I have been trying to find them for some time as we have a serious and I do mean serious problem with a new Cressi LadyJac we bought.

The ditchable weight pouches do not work and you can't ditch them. We have one still stuck in the holder.

I have sent message on the website, posted in other places on the board and nothing...

I know several shop owners read this board and if someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it...
