I didn't see it but my friend and his wife did and I have no reason to not believe them but they reported seeing about a 12ft crocodile swimming northward past the Sabor beach last week.
I do know others have reported seeing them swimming close to downtown so who knows.
Just wanted to let y'all know.
Oh, dolphins were seen too and the staff confirmed they do swim past on a daily basis. They denied the crocs though.
 
I've seen them in the water many times. Anytime I try to get close to take a photo, they dive down. My friend regularly catches 3- 6 footers on the north end, ropes off their mouth, wrestles them for a bit and then releases the happless crock away from people. A few years ago they measured a 16 footer out under water!
