D3 yoke dust cover

i got a killer deal (95$) on a new D3 first stage during the Black Friday pricing deals. My d3 is yoke but I was looking at the dust cover and it doesn't seem like it will be water proof for ri sing the regs. Any Ideas?

also the IP is 160. Is this common? I know the recommended IP, but that seems really off from the 135 to 145.

A lot of dust covers aren't waterproof, that's why it's a dust cover and not a water cover.

You should rinse regs while attached to the tank, no reason to delay the cleaning of the gear.

Must dunk. My scubapro mk10 dust cover is waterproof. I guess I'll just move it over.

Geeez where did you get that deal ?

You should always adjust your IP once you assemble you rig. If you buy it from a shop they should adjust your IP when you buy it.

Scubatoys. The deal was hot! I'm going to try some sugru to make a better dust cap. I was just surprised the IP was so high from the factory.
