Dahab blue hole is safe, easy diving with no or mild current as long as within recreational limit. The entry tat el-bell could be daunting for beginners though. Just follow what your guide said.
The story is different if you are using single tank and dive into 54 meter to reach the arch

No way... I am not going to do that in any case. By now I can reach only -30 meters, if I take the "deep" certification not more than -40 meters
