@Saturated and satisfied, thank you for your up to the date information on this post. We are still 60 days out from our rescheduled trip, but if the US is still a quarantine nation, I assume our trip will be canceled because we are only there for a week. I don't expect our numbers to drop substantially in that time frame.

How does the quarantine work in those situations?

Thanks in advance for your response and the links to current information. I'll buy you a beer (or 6) if we ever get there.

Hi Jay, currently there are a few 'Quarantine hotels' That you would have to stay in at your own cost for a period of 14 days. This is the current policy but as it is everywhere the information changes at a moments notice. We are open to some European countries at the moment and anyone arriving has to have a valid negative test within 72 hours of travel which seems to be working. Aruba did not insist on this and it looks like they are now paying the price for that decision, sadly.

Unfortunately, I do not see US citizens being allowed in before next year earliest but of course I hope I am wrong in that assumption and we would be in a position for us to share a case of rum! Fingers crossed my friend!

Thank you for your response. Enjoy the crystal blue salt water for me. I'm leaning towards canceling and just booking a week in Cozumel for Day of the Dead. Maybe Curacao next year.... My favorite rum is Havana Club 7 year, the Cuban variety not Puerto Rican, I look forward to sharing some with you!!

Dive safe amigo,

Jay
