Are you guys the organization which took over the old NASDS that was around back in the '70's? I got two of their cert. cards back in 1973. Thanks and safe diving.

NASDS was owned by Doug McNeese and he merged the agency with SSI several years ago. Doug has since bought SSI and the agencies are the same. NASDS Headquarters in Memphis suffered loss of records in a fire along about 1977. The SSI folks may or may not have a record of your original certifications.

Oh no, not another fire !!! Same story I heard when I contacted US Divers years ago seeking info about a two-hose USD Mistral regulator that I have. Hell no, I'm not THAT old, bought the reg at a junk sale.
