Dear Friends:

I am reading the book: "Deep Shadow, Caribbean Dive Adventure Vol 1" and so far have a positive impression of it. Its is fiction of course and has a story line based in Bonaire. Being someone who loves Bonaire, I am finding the book both entertaining and interesting. Its NOT all diving related but alot of it revolves with diving as the background.

Its hard to recommend books to others as we each have our own taste but at least it is available for those interested.

Well -- I gave it a try myself based upon your suggestion. And, I liked it too. Nice breezy read. I've been to Bonaire and Saba multiple times and the descriptions of the diving, locations, topside, etc. are are all very accurate and fun to read about. Realistic, but predictable plot. 1-Dimensional characters. But, so what. It's a clean read and everything you want in a vacation novel. I'm already looking forward to the sequel.
