Caffeine - 1to 4 cups coffee/tea, nicotine zero, alcohol about 1 beer per month ( I’m a bundle of fun, but I’m always good for the driving)

You may want to stop all your caffeine intake and see if that has any effect on your PVCs. Be aware of caffeine contained in sodas and other drinks beside coffee and tea as well.

Some people have a low tolerance for caffeine that causes arrhythmias.
