As you mentioned, it's a duck shoot when discussing DIR on many of the other boards. The contributors here seem to acknowledge that there's a better way to DIR- Discussing It Right!!

People that want to learn about DIR will and those that want to be with the cool kids (probally for the first time) will act the way they do. George will be George and that is not going to change. My advice is t lurke on the other lists and search the archives first before asking a question about AL vs Steel tanks.
