I suspect that he read enough posts to get the gist of it and then yes, gone since March 17, 2020. I can't recall when Singapore and Indonesia went into lock down but there's a very good chance even his trip as a solo was cancelled.

I take a small pony so that I have a redundant tank and reg.
Instead of pairing up with a buddy who may be an air hog, I team up with a couple for a group of three.
Then, when we are under water, I split off from the pair and go solo.
