Since I was asked about this via email, I figured I'd post a new thread with the pdf and excel files to consolidate (and just point people here).

BTW, there are some slight additions in the next version. Basically a couple links. One is useful for people everywhere. Another for just in the US: DeepZoom Nautical Charts Tides and Currents, Windfinder - wind, wave & weather reports, forecasts & statistics worldwide (there's also an app). I'm looking at adding a section on debrief on immediately getting out of the water.
