This question is for anyone who has verifiable data.

Does anyone know the rate of dive professional related 1) lawsuits filed, and 2) found liable in the US. Rate is #filed/#US dive professionals.

Alternatively does anyone know the # of lawsuits filed. Any specifics.

Any cases where the dive professional was pleasure diving and also sued?
