almost as much as taking your reg out and then sticking your tongue out in the water that fish use for a toilet. not to mention that extra drysuit valve:)
 
I use the trek wing with all singles and use a super wing with my doubles (130's). Some people would say that the super wing is way too much unless you have 50 deco bottles strapped to you. I am in very warm water and need a double bc system (no drysuits here, unless you want to die from heat exhaustion). The superwing seemed to be the best fix for my situation. I even used it a couple of times with singles and I am still alive....
