Divemaster Jobs

Hi there, I've been a holiday diver for about ten years and certified to advanced level. I now feel like a change is needed and am off to Thailand for a bit of travel and to complete my divemaster course, still to decide where, but am leaning towards Phuket/Khao Lak side. Can anyone help with some info of job possabilities once I've completed the course? Do you need to be there at the start of the season or can work be found in the middle? Is work mainly freelance or employed by diveshop/company?

i have been finished my DMT and now looking for job in asia as divemaster and i have dived in tioman before.if any buddy have advice that can help i thanks them and i am in hury.

Sean, You have to go round all the dive shops, with your card, smile and charm.

Work is 90% on freelance basis, takes a bit of time to get used to it all ...

If you need to do ur DMT then I maybe able to help you ...
