https://ediverlog.com/ brings up a page saying Come Back Soon. The windows version is telling me there is an update but it won't install. This is a little concerning if the program for my $1000 Aqualung Computer is dead.

Most likely they are doing maintenance to their site that prevents the regular pages from running..
The fact that it has the message "come back soon" means that someone took the effort to make that appear. If they went out of business they would have just left the other pages up or the site wouldn't return anything.
