I may be relocating to Georgia north of Atlanta. I'm curious to know how the ocean diving is along the coast? How is the sea life and coral? And if there is any good fresh water diving around I could be interested too.

Thanks in advance!

A group of us Atlanta divers dive Lake Sidney Lanier . I dive the lake 3 to 4 times a month. You can drive 2 hrs. north East on Hwy85 to Lake Jocassee and lake Keowee (South Carolina close to Seneca s,Carolina) go 3 hours to Augusta Ga. dive lake Strom Thurmond /Clark Hill res.and the Savanna river
