So, I ended up diving with some great people from 8 Diving in Des Moines, WA. George in particular did a tremendous job of helping me out. There was a set of doubles ready for me Sunday morning. We ended up diving Redondo Beach a little bit past low tide. They were apologetic about not seeing much -- I get the idea that this is their "quarry" dive spot. But for me, it was great: flounder, dungeoness crab, anemone, and sea cucumber all over the place. A really nice couple of dives. If you're doing any diving south of Seattle, check out 8 Diving.
