I will be in New York from December 25 to 31, 2016. During my staying in New York, is it possible to find a dive shop to dive close to New York with dry suit?

I don't know about a dive shop. you might have better luck looking for a dive boat. There is the Seahawk, Tempest, wreckvalley, and a few others. I forget the names right now. you can look them up on line. I don't know if any of them run in the winter but the Seahawk does a shallow dive. it's called the bottle dive. never went but some people like it and some don't. good luck.
